Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • All cancellation requests have to be sent in written to us
  • The written request has to be emailed to us using the same email id used by you for booking
  • You also have to reconfirm the cancellation request by replying to an email that will be sent by us
  • Refund for cancellation depends on the services booked and may vary from one service to the other
  • Refund for the cancellation depends on the policies of these services as well as our company’s
  • If the booking is cancelled 45 days prior to the arrival date, the entire advance payment is eligible for refund after deducting the transaction charges for receiving the advance payment and sending refund,
  • This is also applicable after deducting any cancellation charges levied by the airlines, railways and hotels for cancellations of flight, train and hotel accommodation respectively

    If the booking is cancelled within 30 days of arrival, no refund will be applicable out of advance payment made to us
