Day 1 – Trivandrum to Kovalam
Our representative will welcome you at Trivandrum and escort you to a yoga retreat at Kovalam. Located about 18 km from Trivandrum, this captivating beach town is an ideal destination to unwind and practice yoga. Spend the rest of your day at leisure.
Day 2 – Kovalam
Start your day with yoga and meditation under the watchful eyes of an experienced yoga practitioner who will guide you. Get an in-depth understanding of yoga and make the most of your sessions. After this savor a rejuvenating Ayurvedic massage at the retreat. After lunch and relaxation, visit one of Kovalam three beautiful beaches, Lighthouse, Hawah, or Samudra, to relish a tranquil sunset. Day 3 – Kovalam
After the morning routine of yoga, meditation and massage set out to explore Kovalam. Visit the Kovalam Art Gallery, Thriuvallam Parashurama temple, Vizhinjam Rock Cut Cave Temple, and Aruvikkara dam on the shores of Karamana River. Return to the retreat for an overnight stay.
Day 4 – Kovalam
Start your day with guided meditation sessions and new yoga practices. Later enjoy a boat ride on the backwaters of Thiruvallam. Visit Veli Lagoon for water sports, a waterfront park and a floating bridge. In the evening visit a traditional health and body care center before returning to the retreat for an overnight stay.
Day 5 – Kovalam to Trivandrum
